Oyez - U.S. Supreme Court Multimedia


Northwestern University Professor Jerry Goldman has devoted considerable time to archiving every recorded Supreme Court oral argument since the Court began to tape-record its proceedings in 1955. The result is Oyez (pronounced o-yay), the best archive of Supreme Court audio on the internet. Oyez recently released several of the Court's "landmark" decisions in MP3 format format including Gideon v. Wainwright, Miranda v. Arizona, and Roe v. Wade. More about Oyez from Wired News.



Museum of Contemporary Art


From Mariko Mori to Andreas Gursky and Hiroshi Sugimoto, the Museum of Contemporary Art has become Chicago’s premier photography showcase. This summer brings one more photography exhibit not to be missed:

Welcome to Clio

Our mission is to help connect students of all ages with some of today's leading thinkers and writers. Our focus is the arts and humanities. Clio organizes speakers, presentations, and debates on a range of timely subjects. Our events seek to provide manageable introductions to some of today's more complex topics. Our events are held on Northwestern University's Evanston campus. All of Clio's events are open to the public and entirely free of charge. More...
